If your package arrives visibly damaged, refuse it and contact us immediately at 818 708-7277 or email us at parrotsnaturally@earthlink.net.   If you sign for a package or cage and do not report any visible damage to the driver we cannot file a claim with the shipping company for the damage and cannot be liable for the replacement or return of the products. All damages must be reported to us within 3 business days or receipt.

Please inspect ALL shipments promptly. Open each box and check that products received match the invoice we’ve included.  Check for damaged, incorrect or missing items. Call us immediately to report any discrepancy.

RETURNS: If your shipment must be returned because of a defective or incorrect product please contact us prior to sending it back.

Before returning a product, please contact us at parrotsnaturally@earthlink.net for a return authorization and the correct address to which to return the order. We will send you a return estimate including any shipping charges, the amount that will be refunded or the terms under which the item will be replaced. Items must be returned unused in original packaging.

All purchases are final 30 days from the date you received the product even if if you have not opened your shipment. Inspect all shipments promptly. If there is a problem with your order contact us immediately.
